Customer Satisfaction is our top priority and in the unlikely even that you were not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will assist you in completing a product return as per the conditions detailed below.
If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to arrange a refund for any unused items purchased within 30 days. Returned items must be in original condition and including packaging where possible.
To complete your return, simply fill out our Return Form for each item being returned.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied, or if you have any issues with the product, we are happy to provide help to troubleshoot and offer advice. If confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair, return or exchange the item(s) as promptly as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee eligibility for the return of modified items. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Please fill out our Return Form with the reason and condition of the returned item(s).
If your item is unfortunately damaged during shipment, please fill out our Return Form and provide us with a detailed description of the damage if possible. This information will help us improve our packaging and prevent similar issues in the future. We will get back to you as soon as possible regarding the way forward and will arrange for a prompt replacement of the damaged item(s).
Return shipping of non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.
